  8. credit from time to time with you and further, to induce you
  9. to permit the undersigned to become indebted to you on notes,
  10. endorsements, guarantees, overdrafts or otherwise, furnishes
  11. the following (or in lieu thereof the attached) which is the
  12. most recent statement prepared by or for the undersigned as
  13. being a full, true and correct statement of the financial
  14. condition of the undersigned on the date indicated, and
  15. agrees to notify you immediately of the extent and character
  16. of any material change in said financial condition, and also
  17. agrees that if the undersigned, or any endorser or guarantor
  18. of any of the obligations of the undersigned, at any time
  19. fails in business or becomes insolvent, or commits an act of
  20. bankruptcy, or dies, or if a writ of attachment, garnishment,
  21. execution or other legal process be issued against property
  22.
